Two-Year Limited Warranty

 

We believe our products are built to last - and we hold our craftsmanship to a high standard. Each Tropiq watch comes with our Two-Year Limited Warranty. This warranty covers any workmanship and/or movement defects under normal use for two years after purchase. All watches are repaired or replaced free of charge at Tropiq’s full discretion. Normal ‘wear and tear’ on the watch case, band, battery degradation and loss/theft are not covered. Our watches are designed and manufactured to be fully waterproof up to 10 ATM (330 feet - 100 meters) to protect the case and movement. All warranty benefits will be void if the case is opened or altered for any reason.


The following components are covered under our Two-Year Limited Warranty:

  • Movement
  • Tropiq Logo
  • Hour Indicators
  • Sapphire Crystal glass
  • Hour Hands, Minute Hands & Chrono Hands
  • Strap buckle & interchangeable pin attachment mechanism

The following components are not covered under our Two-Year Limited Warranty:

  • Normal ‘wear and tear’ (including scratches, scuffs, dents, leather wear or cosmetic deformities caused by expected use over time)
  • Any product component damaged by mistreatment, neglect, intentional misuse, service provided by an unauthorized source or any other form of use not intended by the manufacturer
  • Loss and/or theft
  • Battery degradation
  • Products not purchased directly from Tropiq, Inc.
  • All Final Sale products

This warranty is considered void if the product has been damaged or destroyed due to user negligence or other forms of misuse. Tropiq reserves the right to refuse warranty benefits for any product determined to fall under this clause. Warranty eligibility validated by proof of purchase via Tropiq records.
